In order to accelerate Create it REAL’s growth, we are looking for a high-energy and impact-oriented Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the sell of our 3d printing solution (on OEM basis) to 3D printer manufacturers worldwide.
The CCO will join the expanding organization and lead the sale and marketing activities.
– Manage and drive the entire B2B sales process from the contact point to the signature of the contract and help with technical, legal and financial aspects
– Implementing & managing a metrics-driven sales methodology
– Proven track record in scaling international OEM solution sales
– Go to Market Strategy
– Creating business plans
– Developing the client portfolio processes and strategy
– Manage the online marketing process of the company
– Working cross-functionally with the rest of the organization
– Setup and develop the channel partners network
– Lead the sales and marketing organization (3 employees)
You will report to the CEO and working place will be the office in Aalborg.
The ideal candidate will have:
– 8-10 years’ experience in sales operations in the IT industry, experience in the 3D printing industry is a plus but not mandatory
– Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
– Used to accelerating project sales cycles
– Demonstrated successful history of negotiating complex deals
– Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends
– Self-driven, self-sufficient, proactive and highly organized
– Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
– Fluent English
